2020 Revaluation

Connecticut State Statutes require that municipalities perform revaluation no later than 5 years after the last revaluation.  The Town of New Milford has started working on the revaluation for October 1, 2020 Grand List.  The last revaluation was completed with the filing of the October 1, 2015 Grand List.

To comply with Connecticut State Statutes, the current revaluation requires the measuring and inspection of all properties. Due to the scope of work required, the Town of New Milford has contracted with Vision Government Solutions to assist with the revaluation. At this time field representatives of Vision Government Solutions are conducting inspections of all properties within New Milford.

All Vision employees have picture identification and their motor vehicles are listed with the New Milford Police Department
