2025 Revaluation

Connecticut State Statutes require that municipalities perform revaluation no later than 5 years after the last revaluation.  The Town of New Milford completed its October 1, 2025 revaluation with the signing of the Grand List in January 2026.

The Town's revaluation was conducted with the assistance of Vision Government Solutions Inc. of Hudson Massachusetts. Vision is one of the few companies that is certified by the State of Connecticut to assist Town Assessor's with revaluations.
