BUSINESS REOPENING GUIDELINES FOR MAY 20
Restaurants will be allowed to have outdoor dining only, no indoor dining or bar areas, as of May 20. Seats are limited to 50% of the seats they have approval for indoor dining. Restaurants are responsible for table cleanliness and sanitization of the tables they are approved for. All employees must wear masks and gloves, customers wear masks except while eating.
Bank Street will be closed on Friday and Saturday nights from 4PM to 11PM for dining and retail shopping, and to allow social distancing. Railroad Street will have reduced parking, with spaces dedicated to restaurant dining blocked off by Jersey barriers.

Tents over 400 square feet will require permits but the fees are waived for outdoor dining.

Hair salons and barbershops will be opening on May 20 by appointment only. Nail and body services will not be open yet. Blow drying hair will be allowed. Employees will have PPE on during all procedures.

Retail Shopping – ALL retail shopping centers and stores may open on May 20 with in store restrictions. Employees and customers must wear masks and maintain social distancing. Marks may be on the floors for spacing and directional arrows will help avoid conflicts. Capacity is limited to 50% and stores are responsible for enforcing all requirements.
