The Town Council Meeting scheduled for  September 25, 2023 has been rescheduled for Monday October 2, 2024.

There will be a Public Meeting on Wednesday, October 4, 2024 concerning the traffic on Route 7 at 6:30pm in the E Paul Martin Room, upstairs in Town Hall.  All are welcome to attend.

ZBA-23-13 – HJSSKR, LLC, 1 South Kent Road, relief from section 020-010B, the front setback of 40’ to 5’-11” and the side corner setback of 25’ to 0.9’, to allow an 8’-4” x 31’-1” two story addition; a 9’-8” x 36’-5.5” second floor balcony and a 21’-2” x 33’-4” raised patio, B-1 zone.
