Who Can Vote in the Budget Referendum You may vote in the budget referendum if you are:
A New MIlford Elector:
A New MIlford Property Owner who is:
At least 18 years old.
a United States Citizen.
is on the Grand List set on October 1st of the previous year.
has taxable property has a value of at least $1000.
is eligible to be registered to vote.
