Introduction

The Webmasters are delighted to present the following information about New Milford's rich Afro-American history. We are sure that most of you were as unaware as we were of this part of our Town's cultural background. We thank Fran Smith for this wonderful addition to the New Milford Home Page and we hope that you find it as exciting as we do. Fran was also responsible for two showcases in the Town Hall rotating display on the first floor.
