Inland Wetlands applications can be reviewed on the ViewPoint Cloud online permitting system. 

The Inland Wetlands Commission regularly scheduled meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7 pm in the E. Paul Martin Room, 2nd floor of the Town Hall (unless otherwise noted). 

NOTE: The March 9, 2023 Special Inland Wetlands Commission meeting will be held in the Loretta Brickley Lower Level Conference Room at 7pm.

The New Milford Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission (IWC) was established in 1988. The IWC carries out the requirements of State Statutes to assure proper use, protection and maintenance of the Town’s freshwater wetlands and watercourses.

The Wetlands Enforcement Officer performs site inspections, reviews permit related documents and is available for consultation by appointment.
