 NEW MILFORD SHORT TERM RENTALS INFORMATION

 

Short-Term Rental Definition:
 
A short-term rental is defined as a residential home unit, accessory building or portion thereof rented for a duration of 31 consecutive days or less.

 Eligible Properties:
STRs may include single-family homes, apartments, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), or other residential units, subject to zoning regulations.

 

Anyone wishing to rent their property as a Short Term Rental must register with the Town of New Milford’s Mayor’s Office and follow the guidelines adopted by the Town Council on 3/24/2025.
