Senior Advisors/Municipal Agents for the Elderly

Our Senior Advisors/Municipal Agents are available full-time to meet with individuals and their families to offer information, assistance and guidance on a wide range of topics relevant to elders such as: Information and Referral; Housing Options; ConnPACE and other Prescription Drug Issues; Energy Assistance; Renter & Tax Rebates; Medicaid, etc.; Medicare and Medigap Insurance Counseling; Long Term Care Planning; Social Security issues; Meals on Wheels; Home Care Needs; Financial Problems; Transportation; Support Groups; Reverse Annuity Mortgages; Long-Term Care Insurance; Low-Interest Grants or Loans for Home Repair; Title 5 Senior Employment Options; Medicare Part D, VA programs, SNAP, Medicare Savings Programs, etc.

Marisa Levine and Rebecca "RJ" Yarrish are available for appointments at the New Milford Senior Center as well as home visits. There are no drop-in hours - please call 860-355-6075 for an appointment. Advisement services are available for New Milford residents and their families only.
