Beginning March 17, 2020 the Planning office will be open by appointment only, if necessary, to the public 9am - 12pm, Monday - Friday. Staff will be available by telephone or email between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Thank you for your cooperation, patience and understanding during this time.
Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent restrictions imposed, the April 2,2020 regularly scheduled Planning Meeting has been cancelled.
The Planning Commission meetings are held the 1st Thursday of the month at 7 PM in the Loretta Brickley Conference Room, lower level of Town Hall (unless otherwise noted).

Planning was established in 1958. The purpose of the Planning Regulations is to promote and ensure the orderly development of land within the town so that the land, when subdivided, can be used for building purposes without danger to health and safety.
