Riverfront Revitalization

The Riverfront Revitalization Committee (RRC) was asked by Mayor David Gronbach to “think big” and that is exactly what they have been doing.  The RRC is looking at long term objectives and goals to utilize the Housatonic River as a means to enhance the quality of life here in New Milford.  RRC members have incorporated numerous professional resources to look at what other communities have done to find out what has worked and what has not in order to develop the river front into a place where residents can enjoy and be proud of.  The presentation from a recent Town Council meeting is available for viewing by clicking on the following link
